Gateway Products is a food ingredient manufacturer based in Brisbane with both ISO and HACCP certification. From small beginnings in the year 2000, the business has undergone steady growth to achieve a firm place within the market and now supplies companies such as Sanitarium and Kerry.

It is the aim of Gateway Products to provide a comprehensive range of functional ingredients to a varying group of food industries including Meat, Bakery and Beverage as well as providing specialized products for use in Nutritional products, Batter/Coating products and Vegetarian products. Gateway Products produces heat treated wheat binders, flours and enhanced wheat proteins at its Brisbane manufacturing site and heat treated soy flours, sorghum flours, maize flours and other pulse flours at its GLUTEN FREE Toowoomba manufacturing site. Gateway Products also imports and distributes other functional ingredients such as Isolated Soy Proteins and Vital Wheat Gluten. Due to Gateway Products technical ingredients knowledge, process knowledge and manufacturing capability we are also capable of supplying specific products for individual customer needs. Our manufacturing capabilities include: milling, repacking, blending and heat treatment.
